Vaccines are to be administered by one of Hi-Precision Diagnostics' Primary Care Physician.
Availing of vaccination service is deemed final and is not eligible for refund or exchange unless the vaccine is defective or in poor condition.

               • Given within 72 hours of exposure

PRECAUTIONS / CONTRAINDICATIONS
• Severe allergic reactions to vaccine components (gelatin or neomycin) or to prior dose
• Moderate or severe acute illness
• Pregnancy
• Immunosuppression
• Recent recipient of a blood product
• Thrombocytopenia/ITP
• Untreated active tuberculosis
• Patients on aspirin
